| ISLAND EXPERIENCE: Vicky has lived on our lovely Seven Mile
Island for more than 30+ years. Having been employed in the Stone Harbor
School District as well as having her family attend the Avalon School
District Vicky brings to you a wealth of knowledge of our beautiful Seven
Mile Island. Additionally, she offers her Husband's knowledge with his
family having had residence in Avalon for almost 100 years! PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE: Previously employed by one of the largest law offices in Cape May County, PERSKIE AND CALLINAN, P.A. Having worked as a Realtor Associate since 1984 beginning her Real Estate career with CENTURY 21 STONE HARBOR REALTY at that time. Vicky obtained many designations and attended many seminars throughout these years and as a result specializes in VIP Relocation and Referral Services. Vicky not only sells the seashore of Avalon and Stone Harbor but also can assist in relocating you and your family where ever you would love to live across the country. Vicky is currently employed with PREMIER HOMES REAL ESTATE LLC and previously employed with COLDWELL BANKER JAMES C. OTTON REAL ESTATE where she received her Resort Property Specialist Certification. Vicky has gained throughout her real estate career recognition as being #1 in Professional, Honest and Confidential Service. Vicky has also received Coldwell Banker's International Sterling Society Achievement Award for Outstanding Productivity. EDUCATION:
Retired from the Stone Harbor Elementary School District. Attended
Glassboro State College for graduate work in Library Science. Attended
numerous New Jersey State Real Estate Conventions and received many
Certifications in the Real Estate field during her years with Century 21
Stone Harbor Realty and Coldwell Banker James C. Otton Real Estate, some of
which are: 2&1 Training, Effective Financing, VIP Relocation/Referral
Training, It's the Service and Coldwell Banker University's "Resort Property
Specialist". Vicky has also completed a Commercial Investment course in
order to professionally list and sell Commercial Real Estate. Further
Certifications in Interior Decorating which she uses to assist Sellers in
the marketing of their homes.
